Strategic Leadership and Planning
This workshop is designed for senior and executive managers in libraries to help them develop a strategic plan for their environments and give them the tools to implement their strategic plan. The workshop focuses on the following key issues:
- Identifying the needs of the institution which the library serves and developing a strategic plan to support the institution.
- Aligning the strategic plan of the library with the strategic plan and goals of the institution it serves.
- Developing SMARTS goals to unpack how the strategic plan and objects can be actioned and achievements measured annually.
- Developing the tools needed to implement and achieve the strategic plan.
Running Impactful Library Events
This workshop is designed to assist in planning, executing, and evaluating impactful and sustainable Library events. A successful Library event can help build skills, spark innovation, and strengthen institutional impact. The workshop is designed to be engaging, practical, and collaborative.
